Frankenstein - Condensed

I've recently been reading "Frankenstein" by Mary Shelley. It's a pretty good book, but a long way from what I expected. Far from being actually scary, it's more a little annoying. The main character, Frankenstein, is not particularly easy to sympathise with because absolutely everything he has to contend with is his own damn fault.

Anyway, rather than rant about it, I thought I'd retell the story in cartoon form. I've skipped some of the messy details of the plot for the sake of impact, but I like to think I've captured the spirit of the story, and more importantly, the spirit of why I think that Frankenstein himself deserved everything that he got.

Anyway, check out the first installment (click on the image to get a proper, large size, readable version) and be sure to stay up to date as I release further chapters...

That's brilliant! I particularly like how you've brought it into the 21st century - body parts really are easy to come by!
